Guided Notes
Key concepts students will learn:
- •
To draw bushes like a pro (or at least not like a kindergartener), move your pencil in a round and round motion, like you're stirring a cauldron of artistic genius!
- •
When drawing bushes, remember the 'pressure principle': Apply more pressure for shadows (like you're squishing a bug) and less pressure for highlights (like you're tickling a feather).
- •
If your bushes look a bit flat, create a shadow block at the bottom and blend it with cotton, like you're giving your bush a cozy little blanket to sleep on!
