Guided Notes
Key concepts students will learn:
- •
As a beginner learning French, you only need to know one verb tense: the present tense, or le présent de l’indicatif.
- •
To conjugate verbs in the compound past (le passé composé), you need the auxiliary verb “être” or “avoir” in the present tense, followed by the past participle of the verb.
- •
To conjugate verbs in the near future tense (le futur proche), conjugate the verb “aller” in the present tense, followed by the infinitive of the verb you want to conjugate.
