In Spanish, verbs are classified by their last two letters, which are either -ar, -er, or -ir.

To conjugate regular verbs in Spanish, first find the stem of the verb by removing the last two letters of the infinitive.

For regular -ar verbs, the endings are o, as, a, amos, áis, and an; for -er verbs, the endings are o, es, e, emos, éis, en; and for -ir verbs, the endings are o, es, e, imos, ís, and en.
