To find the y-intercept of the quadratic equation, we plug in 0 for x and solve for y.

To find the x-intercepts, we plug in 0 for y, then factor the quadratic equation and use the zero product property.

After finding the x- and y-intercepts, we plot the points and draw a U-shaped graph to represent the quadratic function.
